Sponge Animals

Did you ever have those sponge animal capsules as a child? Looks like a handful of colorful pills that you drop into warm water . The plastic shell turns gelatinous then dissolves revealing a blue rhinoceros or a red elephant.

This is how seismic change feels: like the capsule of you has submerged into hot water and all you know is that in some period of time you will unfold into a different creature altogether. 

This expansion is painful and you can’t see a damn thing. The only thing you know is that change is happening at a breakneck speed. Whether or not you wanted it is relevant. It’s happening and you’re in hot water and your safe shell is dissolving.

The only question is, what animal will you become?
